If I could give more stars I would. This company is the best at customer service and quality workmanship. As a background- I had one of the worst experiences ever with another roofing company which had good salesman but could care less about the quality of work it did after it sold you its services. Items not to code, rotted and molded wood not replaced, visible dips which would gather water even after the first rain. It was SO bad that I had to have 1st National Roofing come in and completely redo the roof. They were professional and expressed genuine concerned about what my needs and wants were. It was very reasonable on its priced, especially considering it used the highest quality materials which far exceeded industries standards. They were even able to schedule my job very quickly to minimize the lost work the other company had caused my general contractor and to prevent further damage to the rood due to the other company’s substandard work. In less than a week since 1st National Roofing LLC, completed the project, I have had many neighbors ask about my roof and tell me it was the sharpest looking one in the who neighborhood. I especially want to think Randy Rankin, the inspector and coordinator of the project, David Lopez the crew leader, and David’s crew whose workmanship was excellent in every sense of the word. I am having my house renovated and the 1st National Roofing crew went out of their way to coordinate with my general contractors to ensure a seamless work flow for both crews during the housing install. These guys know their business, are professional, genuinely concerned on doing the job right and make sure ALL the customer’s needs are meet. I could not be happier and would recommend their services to anyone who is needing roof work. They also work with your home insurance carrier in cases of storm, wind and hail damage. Met with Jesse R today and it was a great experience. He was on time, a nice guy and got our issue resolved. We only needed a roof repair this time but I wouldn't hesitate to use them when we need a full roof replacement.

I highly recommend hiring 1st National Roofing to replace your roof! My project manager, Omar, was terrific! He was always available and extremely helpful every step of the way. He walked me through the insurance maze and the whole project was a positive experience. The crew that installed the roof were fast and did a very professional job. I would recommend this company to everyone. The day after the December 8th snowstorm I called three roofers. One came out and found a hole and wanted to charge me $350 just to tarp up the one hole. One didn't call me back for 2 days. But Charles came out within a couple hours of calling. He went up and found multiple holes. Found lots of damage from the storm. Tarped my roof for free. (Actually tarped the holes three different times after adjusters came by) He laid out all our options and steps when it came to a claim. We decided to use 1st National roofing right there on the spot! We got the adjuster to come out and she denied a roof replacement and would only approve a roof repair. But Charles stood with us and got another adjuster to come out. He was at every meeting with the adjusters and was up on the roof with them also. It took a month, but we finally got approval for a full roof. Charles walked is thru choosing the tiles colours and upgrades! We seamlessly set up the install date. He even was able to get us in earlier because we had been with holes and damage in the roof for over a month! He was there for the installation and even came back with magnets to make sure there were no nails left on the driveway and yard so that the pups and kids wouldn't get any nails in their feet!
