Saskia is the BEST! We hired her for her month of coordination services for our wedding at Stern Grove and she went above and beyond our expectations. She is extremely detail oriented and had every little detail coordinated between all the staff and vendors from set-up to break down. We truly got to enjoy the day of our wedding and were never bothered with any issues - EVERYTHING was perfect! Saskia even made sure my husband and I ate by bringing us plates of appetizers during cocktail hour and tacos during dinner! She was incredible!!!! Saskia was very responsive throughout the entire planning process and provided frequent updates and check-ins to make sure everything was on schedule and was always there to answer any questions. Prior to our wedding, I was very stressed about the whole planning process, and hiring Mooi Weddings was the best decision I made. During the last few weeks prior to the wedding, Saskia made extremely detailed schedules for everyone involved so everyone knew where they needed to be and nothing was missed between any of the staff or vendors. Again, on our wedding day, everything went perfectly - Saskia and her team seamlessly took care of everything and all of our guests raved about it the next day! I am five days out from my daughter’s wedding and though still a little tired, I am basking in what was truly a dream come true event! Saskia was our coordinator and I get emotional thinking about how literally every guest I spoke to raved about the attention to detail that was evident.
Though I am an organized, detail-oriented person I had NO IDEA what a Herculean effort it would be to execute a 285-person dream wedding without her and her team’s help. It is invaluable to have someone who understands what is necessary and has worked in the wedding industry to help you navigate the many elements necessary to stay sane and within your budget!
We had 14 months to plan a wedding 2 1/2 hours away and at every turn she was there...asking questions I wouldn’t know to ask, offering other cost-effective alternatives if I was nervous about a quote, walking the property with us so she could visualize the day and be the intermediary so we could relax and enjoy the day with virtually no worries.
We chose to use Saskia’s “full-design” option and it is worth EVERY penny! She created an amazing vision board presentation that took every element the bride and groom were hoping to experience. She connected us with other professional, affordable and reliable vendors and was such a calming, yet bad-ass advocate when we needed her as the to-do list started ramping up in the days before. She even brought to life my daughter’s dream for a tequila specialty bar that was so creative and fun!
I have told everyone about her and am sure she will get even more business from the guests who attended and were blown away by such a perfectly executed event! She is a first class, wedding-executing super hero!!

There's so much you have to deal with when planning your wedding. A lot of the vendors do a great job in providing a quote and selling their product, but I have a full time job and a life outside of planning a wedding, and although I'm very organized and a natural planner, there were so many small details that I just never thought about or knew how to even tackle. Hiring Carolyn at Mooi Weddings as our event coordinator was the best thing we did. My only regret is that we didn't book the full services and had her work with us from the very beginning.

Months leading up to the wedding, Carolyn was flexible with her time and very helpful. I also respected that she wasn't a simple "yes" woman. She is the expert and knew more than us what were our realistic limitations. Trust me this is important. She helped us make our dream wedding happen while keeping in mind our budget and amount of time we had on our wedding day.

My family and guests absolutely loved her as well and they aren't easy to please. We highly recommend Carolyn!

Our wedding was the best day ever and it ran smoothly from beginning to end. She maintained a level of professionalism and also was very approachable. We loved them! We honestly felt that their pricing was quite reasonable and looking back they delivered more than their cost.

We hired Mooi and signed on to work with Saskia as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Napa, but we wanted anything but a traditional Napa wedding. In fact, we chose a place that had never hosted a wedding before, which had a space that was pretty raw but bursting with potential. Saskia encouraged us to see that our vision was possible, even though it would take some airtight planning. She was available by email, phone, text, video call, and, we’re sure, smoke signal, if things had come to that. She helped us to understand what parts of a wedding ceremony and reception were often expected and took no offense when we wanted to deviate. She also asked questions to prompt us to consider what our parents and relatives might want, expect, and need to feel special during the wedding. The day before and the day of the wedding, she drove up to Napa, respected our tardiness, and helped to get us on track. Even more, on the day of the wedding, we barely heard from Saskia because she was handling everything. Moreover, we didn’t hear from the multiple vendors because she took care of all contact, ironed out all of the wrinkles, and played the role of the tough guy when vendors didn’t follow through with their contracts. Saskia made all of our big plans happen, but she and her assistant made sure little things happened too. For example, she brought us food when she saw that we were too involved in the reception and guests to eat, and, even better, she left us food from the reception in the kitchen to find and devour after the caterers had packed up and left. We asked our guests to keep their phones in their pockets during the ceremony so that they could be present with us, and Saskia was able to capture beautiful videos and pictures that would have been missed entirely because all of the guests were honoring our request. I hired Carolyn Edgecomb for my Day of Coordinator for my Wedding Day and I'm so happy I did. I was able to enjoy and soak in my Big Day. Carolyn was flexible with me in the months leading up to the wedding. Her willingness to have calls with me during the week on things I was worried about and going over the Google Sheets to keep us organized really helped. We absolutely loved working with Carolyn at Mooi! Our wedding was a weekend camping celebration, and Carolyn was totally down to camp and take care of everything for the entire weekend. As someone who is a planner and worries about everything when throwing a party, I was able to relax and let Carolyn take the reins. We love Carolyn of Mooi Weddings! She was such a rockstar and made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. We had a weekend camping wedding, and she + her team were totally down to camp and take care of everything from filling 100+ little white bags with battery-operated candles (and turning them off at the end of the night) to coordinating with tons of vendors to setting up cute getting-ready stations. Hiring Carolyn to be our month-of coordinator was by far the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Within days after hiring her, she had already paid for herself through recommending high quality, affordable vendors that saved us more money than her fee. And this was NOT because we hadn’t been looking- Fiona does research for a living and we thought we had found everything that was out there!

Carolyn made sure we were on track, and was an invaluable advocate for us while we were communicating with and signing contracts with vendors. She was the reality check we needed when our lofty DIY decor ambitions got out of hand, but also gave us tips and tricks to make sure we completed the personal projects that were most important to us. Every time we finished a phone conversation with her, we felt like we had a clear direction and were on the right track. She made a very stressful planning process way more relaxing- especially in the hectic days leading up to the wedding. Her presence is both energizing and calming.

During the actual wedding, Carolyn was everything we could have asked for in a wedding coordinator and more. Within an extremely tight time frame, her and her team organized an entire cargo van worth of decor, drinks, supplies, potted plants, and god knows what else, and then set it all up with time to spare. Anything we threw at her last minute she accepted with a smile on her face and got it done. All of the little problems that popped up were gracefully taken care of with creativity and aplomb. Carolyn is incredibly resourceful, an excellent leader for her team, and really good at keeping things on track.

Not only did we have an amazing experience with Carolyn as our wedding coordinator, but we had the pleasure and good fortune of attending another wedding that she coordinated because we recommended her to our good friends that were getting married two weeks after us. Not only was it awesome to get to hang out with her some more, but we had an equally amazing experience being a guest at a wedding she was coordinating.

We have full confidence that Carolyn will help you realistically plan the wedding of your dreams, no matter how off the beaten path and funky you want it to get, and will make sure your wedding goes off without a hitch. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Saskia was the absolute perfect wedding coordinator for me. From our very first conversation, I felt like our personalities matched. She completely understood my vision for the wedding.

Even though I booked her for month-of coordination, she didn't mind if I emailed her small questions from time to time many months before the wedding.

By the time the venue walkthrough came, I was completely sick of making decisions and trusted Saskia completely. I took her advice on how to set up certain areas, how to decorate (with decor I had already chosen), and basically everything else.

On the weekend of the wedding, everything was perfect. Saskia was so organized and professional, but was always warm and easy going. She had the perfect blend of totally on top of it and chill at the same time. I am probably forgetting a million little things she did to make my day special. All I can say is thanks a million and if you think Saskia might be a good fit for you, absolutely check her out.

Hiring Mooi weddings is one of the best decisions I made for my entire wedding experience. From the moment we met Saskia, it was so clear that her organization skills were unmatched in the area. We live in Los Angeles and had our wedding in Northern California so we truly relied on her to make our wedding dreams come true. She did that and she made the whole process so much easier than it would have been otherwise. The timelines she created were insane. The photographer, the caterers, the bridesmaids, the groomsmen, and the families all had custom timelines that told them exactly when and where to be at all times. My bridesmaids even joked that she didn't specifically schedule bathroom breaks! But you can bet, everyone was exactly where they needed to be when they needed to be. The photographers caught all the best shots because they knew exactly what was happening and where they needed to be.Saskia was very upfront with us about all costs. Nothing came as a surprise. In our instance, we had a very large last-minute tent expense. We were so stressed out and nervous. Saskia was our savior. She secured a permit, waited in line at the county office for us, and gave us very clear expectations of what the prices would be. It was obviously a frustrating situation but without Saskia's organization and dedication to our big day it could have truly ruined things.(Pro tip - if you think there's even a 10% chance you might need a tent, just book it, and book it early. Also pro tip - Saskia is the best resource you could possibly have to help with last minute emergencies or stresses.) Saskia took stress off of me dealing with family drama and answered my stressed out calls and texts every time. The day of the wedding. Maybe something went wrong? I have no idea if it did. I never had to worry about a thing knowing that I had her taking care of everything. From my perspective, it was perfect.She yelled at my wedding party when they were taking too long to line up. For your wedding, you gotta get people in line. Don't hire a wedding coordinator to be nice, hire one that gets sh*t done. Saskia gets sh*t done. Our wedding was perfect, unforgettable, and, in my eyes, flawless. It wouldn't have been without Saskia. Truly, honestly, I cannot recommend her enough.  Book her. You're welcome in advance. Carolyn was such a blessing! She is kind, creative, encouraging, super organized, patient, and responsive. She made us feel like her only client and provided support throughout the entire process from the planning stages to packing everything up. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and she made it special, memorable, and stress-free!

Since I did most of the wedding planning, the hubby did all the reviewing! Read his comments below:

My wife and I came to Carolyn after abruptly leaving a relationship with a mediocre (at best), slightly unreliable wedding planner. We were also planning the wedding from across the country, already over budget, strapped for time, super ambitious, unfamiliar with wedding planning, and super specific with what we hoped for. In order to ensure our new planner was able to handle the challenge, we laid this all out for Carolyn during the first phone consult. She didn’t even blink as we explained all of this; she confidently and reassuringly told us that this was all part of her job and she’d take on the challenge with open arms.

Since that initial phone call, Carolyn repeatedly, pleasantly surprised us. She clearly knows this business and this process and has systems set up for everything. Every new decision came equipped with a perfectly mapped-out spreadsheet. Every deliverable came early and better than we’d pictured. Carolyn was able to take our very-specific, yet poorly articulated dreams, and make them into a reality. E.g. “Carolyn, you know those lights that kinda make you feel like you’re in heaven?.... We want those.” Carolyn knew that these were called ‘fairy lights.’ She ordered them for us and hung them exactly as we’d dreamed!

After a week or two of working with Carolyn, my wife (then fiance) and I were able to chill out, knowing that, as long as Carolyn was in our lives, we wouldn’t need a wedding to-do list, we wouldn’t need a perfectly organized google calendar- she’d be there to bring things along and remind us of anything we’d overlooked. I don’t mean to imply that Carolyn did everything, but she did make us confident with what we were doing. And she did make all that we did a little bit better.

Her email, text, and phone call turnaround time was scary quick… like within 30 minutes a lot of the time! At one point, Carolyn left town for a small vacation. She told us about it weeks in advance, sending several reminders along the way. When her trip finally came around, she reminded us she’d be slightly out of reach, but assuring us she’d still try to work while traveling.

This was, clearly, going wayy above and wayy beyond what we’d expected of her, but this demonstrates Carolyn's commitment to her work and to her clients.

Needless to say, Carolyn improved our wedding planning experience and our wedding exponentially.

The days leading up to the event, as stress and pressure mounted, Carolyn was in constant communication, reminding us only of what we needed to know each day, reminding us of when to be where, what to bring when, etc.

By the time the wedding actually began, Carolyn was by our side (not obtrusively, but reassuringly).

She’s easily worth twice of what she charges. She’ll do three times what she advertises. And when we need to plan our kid’s bar-mitzvah, she’ll be our first pick.

We had the most amazing experience with Carolyn at MOOI! Trying to save on costs, we hadn't at first planned on hiring a month-of-coordinator. I can't express how glad I am that we decided to work with Carolyn and Nikki. From the first phone conversation to organizing and packing out everything at the end of our weekend wedding, Carolyn was efficient, calm, kind, and quick to understand our vision and needs. She walked into setting up the venue with next to no instruction and made the reception hall more beautiful than I could have imagined. Throughout it all, she kept us chill, well-fed, and - most important- made sure that we were really present at our celebration and not worrying about any of the logistics. Saskia from MOOI was our month-of-coordinator for our June 2018 wedding and we are so happy we found her! Not only was she responsive and very helpful in answering my many questions in the months leading up to the wedding, but she and her assistant did an amazing job coordinating all the vendors in the weeks leading up to and on the actual wedding day. They made sure my husband and I didn't have to deal with any logistics at the wedding and we were able to relax and really enjoy the magic of the day. I can honestly and without reservation recommend Mooi Weddings. They are marvelous designers, know all the ins and outs, and will make sure not a thing is missed, from engagement photo sessions to chef tastings to cake to rentals to staffing to decor and event coordination and right down to how much you should tip your vendors. I had my dream wedding on New Year’s Eve, in every respect. Mooi made it all happen.

They took a huge weight off my shoulders. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I would say I’m as perfectionistic and detail oriented as they come. I know how to put together and run teams to make things that work and are beautiful. Mooi’s planners have the same skill in putting together the team that will make any event fantastic.

If I might provide a little advice. As a couple, agreeing on and knowing your vision is key. The overall idea should remain in the forefront, and using that as a guide in all decisions will help you get through what will appear to be a rather scary and complicated process, in the beginning at least. Know your budget, be flexible, open to new ideas and decisive, and you will be delighted with the outcome.

Mooi will help you navigate the entire process, and will help you have fun while doing so. In the end, your event will be absolutely amazing.

I had a hard time getting a wedding planner--I got turned down by a few (I did not plan 18 months in advance) and I'm so glad I found Mooi. Carolyn at Mooi was perfect and I could not have pulled off my Oakland backyard wedding without her. There were days where I could not focus and just wanted to hide under the bed with a bottle of wine and she'd zip around my house measuring everything and counting chairs and ordering everything we needed. She was very respectful of our budget and was "the bad cop" with the vendors. The day of the wedding went off perfectly and if there were any problems, I didn't hear a whisper! We have heard many, many times from our friends and relatives that this was the most fun wedding they've ever been to. I cannot begin to say enough positive things about our experience with Saskia and her whole team at MOOI. My husband and I hired Saskia after our first meeting because there was an immediate connection and she clearly understood our vision.

Our wedding was in the woods at a giant campground, and our plan was to set up various parts of the campground with the different parts of the wedding. From the first moment we told her, she was on our side with a huge smile on her face and bursting with ideas. She had a background doing festivals in parks, so she completely understood the extra work that would go into creating a venue in this type of location, and she was full of questions and advice for things we hadn't remotely thought of yet.

Hiring MOOI meant getting a whole Google Drive folder filled with planning resources that made the process streamlined and organized so we never worried we were forgetting anything. We always got our emails and texts responded to, and we were never made to feel like we were bugging anyone, even though we hired MOOI as month-of coordinators and were contacting them well before that. They reviewed every contract for us, helped us come up with questions for our vendors, arranged staff for us, and even had some rental options for us for the big day!

All of what I've said so far doesn't even come close to how truly phenomenal Saskia, Carolyn, and the whole team were on the day of the wedding. It has been nearly one month, and I am still floating on a cloud thinking about how perfectly the day went. We were carefree and happy the entire day, and it was all possible because of the amazing team that ran the show. If there were ever any disasters, I never knew about them. Our guests and families all raved about how fantastic their team was, and we couldn't agree more. Hiring them will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

We hired to Mooi for month of coordination for our incredibly complicated wedding in Stinson Beach. In the month leading up to our wedding, Carolyn provided guidance and support. I'd call her whenever I was panicking about something not getting done and she would calm me down and help me resolve the issue. Her guidance was essential during the rehearsal and she made the day of the wedding run smoothly and efficiently. Her assistant helped a disabled guest around our venue with ease and grace. We met Carolyn through our vendor, and her experience with food industry really helped out! She has a great set of eyes in Aesthetics and knowledge in timeline helped us tremendously to have no-boring-moment kind of wedding.
She was always responsive with all our calls and questions to achieve relatively budget friendly wedding.
All my vendors were aligned and coordinated without me knowing! We are very thankful that the day went without any hickups!!

Carloyn was our day of (really month of) coordinator and she was an absolute rock star! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Trocadero Clubhouse, so I needed a lot of help in terms of vendor recommendations and coordination. Having the MOOI resources to keep everything organized was essential to the success of our day. I interacted with Carolyn mostly through email and she was always very quick to respond and always had an answer to my questions, whether it was a vendor recommendation or help working out our signature cocktail details. I really don't know how I would have done it without Carolyn. On top of her absolutely amazing coordination, Carolyn also went above and beyond by helping flesh out our reception decor with some really awesome vintage items from her own collection and it really made our DIY, food-centric reception look amazing. In addition to coordinating the day of, which she did flawlessly, I also had Carolyn arrange our service staff (bartenders, servers, etc.) and rentals. I loved that MOOI lets you hire them for as much or as little as you need them to. I had a really hard time finding service staff on my own, and the staff that Carolyn arranged were friendly and professional. Mooi weddings did an incredible job with our wedding, we couldn't be happier! My husband and I debated for a while whether or not to get a Day of Coordinator due to cost, but we are very glad we did! In our initial meeting with Saskia and Carolyn we felt very comfortable and they were very thorough asking questions to get the right information and a sense of what we were looking for on our big day.

Carolyn was our coordinator, and she was amazing! Leading up to the wedding she was very organized and on top of everything. She was very quick to respond to emails with our questions/ideas. She was in touch with all of our vendors making sure things were on track, and she thought of many things we hadn't even considered. Carolyn also went above and beyond to figure things out when we were "stuck" on things leading up like vendor parking. I was really glad to have her there for the venue walkthrough a month ahead, and helping us plan out details like making sure we had a list of all the stuff to bring (decor, etc) and where is was supposed to go. Help with the timeline was great too! The rehearsal went smoothly and she did a great job of helping organize and getting everyone in position.

Our wedding was a dream, and Carolyn was a rockstar! Everything went so smoothly, and I know I would have been way more stressed out if she wasn't there and so well prepared! I'm sure there was a lot going on behind the scenes that I didn't see or know about, which is just how I wanted it! She did an amazing job setting up (centerpieces), communicating with all the vendors, and making sure cleanup went well. Carolyn is responsible, friendly, patient, organized, and super helpful! Her assistant was great as well. We honestly felt that the coordination was great and well worth it, and recommend Mooi Weddings 100%!

We hired Mooi for planning, design, and day-of-coordination. We couldn't have been happier with their services, especially Carolyn, who was our main contact. Frankly, our wedding wouldn't have happened without Mooi and we only regret not hiring them when we first got engaged.

We arranged a venue and a couple vendors on our own, but realized about four months before the wedding that many pieces weren't coming together and we desperately needed some help. We were so lucky to find Mooi, because they helped us book the last couple vendors, arrange the vendors and timelines, give us design advice and help us buy and set it up, and provide infinite help on the day, including staffing. Saskia was able to put together an a la carte package that covered everything we needed, but complimented the work we had already put into the wedding. And all very close to our date!

Carolyn was an amazing resource. She very promptly and helpfully responded to my emails, especially with wedding advice (like what are reasonable rates for flowers, how do we recognize our moms in the ceremony). She also did a great job with our design consultation. We had a "big box" problem at our venue and she came up with a design scheme that tied the room together, incorporated all of our details, gave me some projects to scratch my diy itch, and provide some fresh ideas. She was also an amazing help on the day-of with our very tight timeline. We were able to happily leave at the end of the night and everything was taken care of. There literally weren't any hanging issues at the end or that came up later.

Saskia even wrote out our drink menus, and a couple other adorable chalkboard signs in perfect cursive with great design detail. She set up the tables in a gorgeous way, and we made some wedding favors and she placed them in an attractive way in our place settings. She also surprised us with a s'more-making station for our guests! It was a really sweet gesture (pun intended....) Sas is a fantastic help and a great value. She really took a potentially very stressful event and made it magical.

I had heard wonderful things about Saskia and Mooi weddings so we used them for help planning and day-of coordination and were beyond pleased. Saskia's assistant Carolyn worked with us closely. She was professional and super organized. They gave me highly detailed and itemized forms with everything that needed to be addressed- I would not have even thought about half of these things! On the day of the wedding, Carolyn and Emily managed everything (we knew from the beginning that Saskia would not be available), including coordinating all my wedding party helpers and the venue and vendor staff, gauging the vibe of the guests, calming me down and checking in with me sure I was taken care of (including dealing with all the little things). It was such a relief that after months of planning, on the day of the wedding I didn't have to think about ANY logistics.

The only thing I would have done differently is hired them to actually plan the wedding too!

To my fiance and I, our choice of wedding planner was one of the most important decisions for our wedding. The Bay Area has tons of talented wedding planners, but one thing we found is that an affordable planner who has both organizational and design skills is rare. We contacted Mooi about their month-of and design packages, and they really stood out in that they offer very affordable planning and design packages. The design package is great for the couple who is looking to add some creativity and personal touches to their wedding without bumping up their budget by too much. Additionally, the design package also offers DIY coaching and instruction which is something I have not seen anywhere else. This is amazing for the creative bride who is filled with ideas but needs help with the execution.My interaction was with the founder, Saskia, who explained the workflow very thoroughly and carefully listened to all my ideas. She was extremely open to all my non-traditional wedding and DIY ideas and later put together some beautiful photos of past weddings she had done which were similar to my vision.My fiance and I spoke with about 6 wedding planners, and Saskia offered one of the best packages in terms of affordability, design, and organization. Saskia was our day-of coordinator for our Mira Vista County Club wedding. While the club included the ceremony and reception furnishings (tables, chairs, flatware, etc. ) and catering, I realized a month before that so much coordination happens on the day of that we weren't going to have time to do it, nor wanted to concern our friends and family with it.

Saskia had a wonderful personality and my husband and I felt comfortable with her from our very first phone call. Even though she was hired as a day-of-coordinator, she began working with us 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding. We discussed with her our vision for the wedding so she was able to direct the club staff and vendors, as well as incorporate the decor we purchased for the reception. We provided her with all of our vendor contact info, and she provided them with day of schedules.

Saskia and her assistant did a wonderful job with everything, but where I found her to be most invaluable was with the ceremony coordination. My sister was ordained for our wedding, but we needed assistance in with our ceremony schedule. Saskia led our rehearsal, offered great suggestions, and cued the bridal party on the day of. She timed everything perfectly. The day couldn't have turned out any better. And, if there were any issues that day, my husband and I were blissfully unaware.

We worked with Saskia Winter as our day-of coordinator for our beautiful San Francisco wedding reception in July 2014.  This review is long overdue!  We had just moved to the Bay Area from NYC in late May, so we wanted a local day-of coordinator who could take charge on our wedding day and ease the stress of wedding planning amidst our recent move to the city. Saskia has an amazing, warm personality that meshed well with my husband and me.  She is obviously very experienced, engaging and engaged, enthusiastic, uber organized, detailed oriented, responsive, a hard worker, committed and a great communicator and listener. Plus, she gets the job done...and then some! While I enjoyed leading the wedding planning process, I knew that I could trust Saskia and hand off the wedding logistics to her in the week leading up to the Big Day.  She was never pushy or overbearing but provided constant support, encouragement and wise advice during the stressful periods. We had the best day of our lives on our wedding day!!!  My husband and I were totally hands off, and we could enjoy and live every moment as the bride and groom. My now husband and I met Saskia and her husband Ben (our photographer) at a local bride show. We immediately fell in love with the amazing duo! We hired Saskia for our day of wedding coordinator. She is very resourceful when it came to anything involving wedding planning and was always available to reach in case I had any questions. We met a month before our September wedding to go over details for our big day. She created a time line within a week of where my bridesmaids and groomsmen will be and gathered all of their contact information. She assigned special duties for each of them as well. She also worked out a time line for the vendors. My wedding day went so smooth and couldn't have asked any more! She and her assistant Tyler took over in a very assertive and professional way. They made sure that our table arrangements and placements of decor were exactly where they needed to be. They assured that my husband and I fully enjoyed our day and were not bothered with any issues at hand. Saskia made sure the caterer fed us first too, worked out great considering we had a busy morning. She was the first to arrive the venue and definitely the last to leave... my husband and i wanted to stay behind as long as we can but she managed to get us out, say our goodbyes and leave for the night. Everything turned out wonderful! I would highly recommend any bride to be to hire Saskia and her awesome team. She is very assertive, professional, has superior coordination, and a high level of experience. We are forever grateful for everything that Saskia did for us. I was Saskia's first bride, I think, and I literally could not have done it without her. Throughout the process I kept on thinking. .. she is taking my ideas about my wedding and bringing them to life even better than I could imagine. Everything that she did, suggested, helped with, designed, created, planned and orchestrated was spot on. Each and every idea she took and ran with it. I liked that I was able to have so much input into every little detail about my wedding. We picked out everything from the ribbon color for the invitation decorations, to the centerpieces at the wedding. Saskia is one of the most creative people that I have ever met. For my wedding, she planned the whole thing, from the very first day I started the whole process. We created a mood board and went from there. She was with me every step of the way. Some of my favorite things that she did/made/designed/created:- My save the dates- My invitations (they were STUNNING!!!)- My table runners- My centerpieces - My wedding party's table settings- Table names- Food labels- Signs She pretty much made everything at my wedding, by hand.
