Aleksandra did an incredible job as our day of coordinator! She made sure we had meetings before the wedding and also organized the rehearsal. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and it did. Aleksandra put out my decor and it looked beautiful! She followed through with all my requests and instructions to the slightest detail. She also met up with all of our vendors and was guiding them through out the day with professionalism. Our ceremony and reception was perfect and beautiful with no issues. I wasn’t even the slightest stressed out on my big day because I knew she was in charge! I am so glad I had this girl by my side! She was amazing and made our wedding so much more beautiful! Greg and I would recommend her services to anyone.

We got married this past January at the Moon Palace in Mexico. Working with Marsha and her team made the process a lot easier. They were very helpful coordinating all the flights and bookings directly with our guests, which allowed us to relax and not stress about the travel plans and resort reservations. They helped put us in touch with outside vendors because we wanted more than just the basic packages that the resort offered. It was certainly helpful to have someone local to call and e-mail (constantly!) who knew the answers to most questions, and if they didn't know the answer they would find the answers for us. Most e-mails and quotes were provided in a timely and professional manner. Having a destination wedding is a much different planning process because you only become a priority at the resort about a month or so before arrival, especially if the resort you are getting married at does a ton of weddings every month. Although the initial meeting with the on-site wedding planner was a bit repetitive, I think it would have been overwhelming to arrive at the resort without having gone over all the details first with Marsha and her team. Overall, we had a good experience and found it helpful to not have to be in contact with the resort directly. Marsha and her team helped to ensure details were attended to and that we could enjoy the lead up time to our wedding = )
Heather was hands down the best money I spent for my wedding! She was there every step of the way and ensured nothing went wrong... if it did I sure never heard about it!! All of my guests were raving about how wonderful, helpful and kind she was. We will be using her for any and all events- so will my guests.
Cody was an absolute delight to have as my day-of wedding coordinator! I honestly felt zero stress on my big day, and a lot of that was due to knowing Cody was there to be my eyes and ears when it was my job to just enjoy the day! I was super confident in her ability to manage the whole day right from the get go and she didn't disappoint! There were a few minor issues that came up on the wedding day and cody handled them with such professionalism and efficiency! All of my vendors, family and wedding party commented on how on top of things she was, and we were all so grateful to have her there running the show so that we could sit back and enjoy!
