Kayla was amazing as our day-of coordinator! She met with us a two times in the months leading up to the wedding, and was always organized and ready to go with questions. She asked us about details that we had definitely overlooked, when we thought that we had taken care of most everything. Her attention to detail was a huge asset, and we always walked away from our conversations with her feeling like all of the little details and nuances had been covered and hashed out.We almost never saw her during the day itself, as she was making sure everything was moving smoothly. But somehow when we needed her for something she just immediately appeared! We spent the ceremony and reception feeling like we didn’t really have to worry about anything because she was just getting it all taken care of perfectly. I am SO happy that I had Kayla on my side to help me plan and execute our wedding. We hired her as a partial planner, which meant she helped out lots from the beginning, but it was up to us to hire the vendors, and she was there on the day of. From the very start of the process, she made me feel totally comfortable and like she’d go above and beyond what he hired her for. She was full of good advice and helpful tips and lists to make sure we were on track. We had quite a few last minute changes and we were planning the whole thing from two provinces away, but the day went absolutely perfectly. She made the whole thing seem effortless. Kayla was our wedding planner and I couldn’t recommend her enough. We held our wedding in our backyard and it proved to be more complicated than we thought it would be. Due to the flooding we had a few stressful weeks leading up and you were nothing short of amazing responding to my emails, contacting me by phone, providing amazing vendor recommendations and ensuring me we that it would all work out. Being an out of town bride this can make things a bit more challenging and you made sure that it was not any more stressful than things needed to be! You went above and beyond contacting and connecting with my vendors to ensure a smooth day for everyone. I don't even know where to start. Kayla way exceeded our expectations, and went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. From the year leading up to the wedding, to the actual wedding day, Kayla always put my mind at ease knowing that everything would come together perfectly. If you want your wedding day to go without a hitch, Kayla is your girl. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always had every little thing planned for- even when the unplanned things came up in the day, I wouldn't have never known because of how she handled everything. I have a 7 month old baby, and when she was fussing and crying at the beginning of the ceremony, Kayla insisted on taking her, to allow my family to enjoy the moment.
