She was very responsive, and made herself available to answer any questions. She was also very flexible throughout the entire process as we made changes to décor ideas and requests. Her pricing is very reasonable and her bubbly personality is infectious! If she did not have a décor item that we were interested in, she went out and sourced it to ensure we got everything we wanted and envisioned. She was even able to include peonies in my bouquet even though that flower was out of season. She had told me from the beginning that she would do her best to get them for me but could not guarantee it, and I was pleasantly surprised to have peonies in my beautiful bouquet on my wedding day! John was extremely professional and kind throughout the process and kept us in the loop with a great amount of detail.
