She was very responsive, and made herself available to answer any questions. She was also very flexible throughout the entire process as we made changes to décor ideas and requests. Her pricing is very reasonable and her bubbly personality is infectious! If she did not have a décor item that we were interested in, she went out and sourced it to ensure we got everything we wanted and envisioned. She was even able to include peonies in my bouquet even though that flower was out of season. She had told me from the beginning that she would do her best to get them for me but could not guarantee it, and I was pleasantly surprised to have peonies in my beautiful bouquet on my wedding day! John was extremely professional and kind throughout the process and kept us in the loop with a great amount of detail. The quality of flowers were amazing, and I received so many compliments. Yes as far as the planning and consultations we can arrange telephone or video calls to co-ordinate all the information needed. In the event of wedding planning some in-person site visits or vendor visits will have to be done in person but we can work with all options that our clients feel comfortable with.
We have streamlined our production to only the essential designers on site at both our studio and for set ups. This is another reason for our only booking one party per day, so you can be sure that the team that designed and executed the event is the same that is following the flowers and décor to the event to do the set up.
