How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?

Healthy diet is part of the holistic health module that I promote. So many factors make up who you are, there is not just one whole issue that can be addressed to total and complete whole health.
Holistically, health is approached from the whole, mind, body, spirit, your surroundings, lifestyle, thoughts and genetics. These and others are all looked at when I work with a client to ensure complete and lasting (not short term/bandaid) health.

What do you love most about your job?

I love to dive into and discovering the underlying, root cause of a person's issues. It could be physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. This is the holistic way to seeing a person who has an illness, not seeing an illness that has a person.

What inspired you to start your own business?

After 30 years of nursing, palliative care and chronic care.. I heard a lot of deathbed wishes. "I wish I would have done something differently." "I wish I would have known what to do to stop this." " I wish someone would have told me..." Noone ever stopped and said, "I'm so glad I ate what I wanted and didn't listen to anyone so I could spend my last days in so much pain and discomfort."

I wanted to make sure that everyone knows that they have options and the ability to take control and responsibility of their own health. That there is not one person or job title that knows everything about your body. And to question things if it doesn't feel or seem right.

Why should our clients choose you?

I prefer clients to access people who they feel comfortable with. I may not be that person, and that's ok.

Someone who is part of your healthcare team (yes, everyone should have a team behind them to help along this journey), should be the type of people you feel most comfortable with, trust and are ok with questioning them.
Ultimately your health should be your number one priority and you should have the best person possible, for you, to access and receive the care you deserve.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Other than the live and dry blood analysis that I do, all services are provided online through email and zoom meetings.
rRest sessions are mostly online and done through zoom as I have the added ability to make an energetic connection with my clients virtually. The power of energy medicine is incredibly potent and an extremely underutilized tool in healthcare.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Providing services online and virtually, but within office, clients are staggered and all protocols are in place for a safe and clean environment to provide services in.
