Being of service and working through my own grief and trauma having lost parents within the past 7 years. I lost my mother to suicide and my father a few years later. It imparted a real desire to help others at the most progressive, effective levels I could train for (hence psychosynthesis!). My background is in human development, having spent 12 years working in non-profits in both teaching, facilitating and one-on-one in mental health, addictions, and life programming. Moving into psychosynthesis coaching was a natural fit as it aligns progression with personal development.

My process centers on the inner landscape because it's important to align our thoughts if we want real change. A new car, job, new relationship, etc. won't cut it.
