Hi, I’m Helena.
I am a certified Life Coach and a certified Wellness Counselor – specialized in life!
But also grieving and loss, transitions and changes, trauma-informed, relationships, somatic and narrative therapies.
In 2013, I lost my husband to cancer – we spent the last 2.5 years of his life dealing with it. When he passed our son was 5 years old and I dove into over 10 years of interest in grief and grieving – my interest relies not only on adults but kids as well.
During this time, I was having my first polyamory experience and, very recently, I had my first lesbian relationship. Both opportunities opened my mind to other forms of relationships – monogamous or not, all relationships are valid and right, as long as it is right FOR YOU!
Online - Zoom or JaneApp meetings. Both are confidential.
I have been only working online so there is no contact between my clients and me. We can meet in person if we are close and we are both comfortable. I am double vaccinated.
