I called Marianne to see if their business would do the videography of my dear friend’s funeral. I loved the website and Virtual e There Productions Inc were my first call. Within 5 mins she got back to me and called again and left a message when I wasn’t available. After returning her call today, I realised that I would be working with the best person and best company. Marianne was so comforting and supportive. She listened, a rarity in any kind of business these days, which allowed me to open up and explain fully. She was open to all questions, explaining the details to a non-tech savvy person such as myself. We made decisions and she sent me the requirements and details. This is where the story stops because my contact person for my friend had made a decision to not go with live streaming or videoing the event. And that was all ok. Even in the event of cancellation (in the space of 30 mins) she was gracious and diplomatic. Grieving for someone and knowing that the administration has to be done at the same time is a gruelling experiment in patience. So having a front-line individual to share the load a little is a huge bonus. I have no doubt the work they offered would have been stellar as it comes from the heart.
