After extensive research, I decided to hire Maziar from Ecohome improvement to remodel our old bathroom with a more elegant/contemporary look. Maziar came over, took measurements and provided a quote the next day. Pricing was extremely reasonable and the job was divided in phases with a daily schedule. It was fantastic from the get go!! Maziar is extremely knowledgeable and so responsive. He always returned our call or email within a couple of hours. He was always so happy to help and answer all our questions. His team of professionals he uses are highly skilled. They are top notch trade experts! Everything went according to plan. Everyone showed up on time and went beyond our expectations. The job was completed on time, and under budget! We saved thousands of dollars through Ecohome improvement discount program and we couldn't be happier. Our bathroom turned out a true MASTERPIECE! We were very pleased with the work done by Blucast General Contracting. Tyler and his team are dedicated, detailed and really care about how clients' projects look and feel! We had many, many conversations about WHO and HOW we were going to live in the space and what materials would best suit our specific needs - and he was bang on, which we appreciated, even when he was telling us we'd chosen wrong! Tyler's beautiful design work on our new stair-case and railing is more than we could have hoped for! It was a last minute addition and he took to it like he was creating something for his own home that he'd cherish - which we do! With a very particular customer in this house, Tyler was able to anticipate the smallest things to fix that would have easily driven us crazy later when we finally noticed. The team arrived when they said they would and were really flexible when we encountered any scheduling difficulties with deliveries. Couldn't speak more highly about the work done! Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his team’s professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Reza’s team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Reza’s team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results – they truly made our house a home and we can’t thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them. It was a pleasure working with the crew. When we had a small problem, Joe had it fixed within 24 hours. All of the men were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up the work area every day. The whole job was started and completed in a very reasonable time frame. I would have no problem hiring them again.
