I cannot recommend this place enough. I came from a chain gym where I felt like a number to a place that feels like home. It's so nice to come into place where you feel part of a team and everyone is so encouraging. The staff really push you to pursue goals and push yourself out of your comfort zone. The workouts are great because any level of fitness can join in and they can be altered to suit.
I have a military background, upon leaving the Defence Force I started personal training face to face clients in a gym in Canberra. From there I started training adults and running after school and school holiday programs for Ninja Warrior and Obstacle Course training. I left Canberra in February 2020 and moved to the Sunshine Coast working in another commercial gym building up a client base helping those new to a gym environment building their confidence, strength, health and mental wellbeing. I now work privately out of my home gym for face to face clients to minimise the xtra expenses they have faced with ongoing gym fees. I also offer a multitude of online programming all of which are made by me personally, my clients know that every interaction they have regarding any aspect of their training is by me personally.
I create plans based on my clients availability and tailor make a sustainable and achievable workout routine to get them the results they are looking for.
Hard work. Unfortunately there is no short cut that will create the success you are looking for. There needs to be a balance between a healthy and sustainable eating regime, effective workout program and just as importantly control over your mental health.
Each of these things lead to the body of your dreams. No workout program will give you abs, they are and will always be made in the kitchen.
If you do not seek to change your workout routine you will plateau and stop seeing results.
Cardio will NOT get you lean muscle gains.

If you are a highly stressed person this can hinder your results somewhat, there needs to be a balance and your health and fitness although is hard work, should still be enjoyable.

Due to the private nature of my facility it is very easy to stay on top of the cleanliness a to ensure safe hygiene for both myself and my clients. Should you forget your gym towel, I have clean spare ones on hand.
