I cannot emphasise or praise Ingrid strongly or highly enough for the difference she has made in such a short time, to my super reactive Shitzu cross mini poodle, my lifeline, my Assistance Dog, and also to me. Basically, she has saved us both. I am in total awe of the total turnaround in my dogs behaviour, and my understanding of his needs and signals. I’ve learned that with dogs, it works both ways. I have to watch, listen and understand him, and he has to do the same. Boundaries are huge. They make such a difference. My Assistance Dog and I have bonded closer than ever before, and I wish I’d had Ingrid lessons before I had parenting lessons!!
