What a great place to train! Whether you are just a curious total beginner, an old Krav Dog or are working on feeling a bit safer out there again - this is your gym. Classes are run by incredible instructors, fully certified to the Krav Maga Global standards. Just by watching them teach or train you will know they got to there by solid, hard work not by a secret handshake. They teach real, tactical self defence techniques that have been tested over and over again, and modified if needed, to keep them effective and relevant. You get to train in a safe environment where there is no room for inflated egos and out of control "muscle heads". The gym offers adult mixed classes, advanced classes, women's only classes and kid's classes. You can also avail of the 1 on 1 sessions too. I don't even know if there is a gym out there that offers that much. What is more, there is an amazing and supportive community of people training here. From different walks of life, different ages, fitness levels and backgrounds. Meeting on the mat to get fitter stronger, more confident and assertive, both physically and mentally.
