Welcome to Sea Glass Counselling & Psychotherapy.
My name is Jessie and I am the sole practitioner at Sea Glass. I believe that just like sea glass is shaped by the ocean, we are shaped by our life experiences.
I am an ACA certified and experienced counsellor with a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University.
I provide person-centred counselling services with a focus on neurobiology, attachment and emotion regulation.
I use several modalities in my work such as Narrative Therapy, Havening techniques and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have experience with all age groups from young children to seniors.
