MMA Classes Adults
At Roots BJJ we offer MMA classes with our experienced professor Emiliano Prado.
Emiliano have trained and worked with the Nogueira Brothers for around 4 years where he developed his skills and fought professionally 8 MMA fights.
In this class you will learn Muay Thai, Boxing and Jiujitsu combined in a fast pace and friendly environment.

This class is specially designed to improve your cardio, release the stress from day to day life and also providing skills for life. With this class you will improve your fitness and will learn techniques for self defense.
Little Ninjas 3 to 5 years old - Monday to Friday
This class is specially designed for kids from 3 to 5 years old and it will help to improve motor skills, confidence, concentration and focus. The kids will also learn BJJ for competitions.
