What inspired you to start your own business?
While working in the aged community and understanding the importance of mobility and independence towards mental health and psychosocial inclusion. While in the aged community space I notice a history of alcohol addiction and poor behaviour while intoxicated, this sparked a new goal a new passion.

Interpersonal Effectiveness
Interpersonal response patterns taught in DBT
skills training are divided into three sections. The
first section focuses on the core interpersonal skills
of obtaining objectives while maintaining relationships and self- respect. These skills are very similar
to those taught in many assertiveness and interpersonal problem- solving classes.
