Our center provides a after school Martial Arts program for children between the age of 5 and 12 between 3 and 6pm every weekday. Children can enjoy a fun, safe, structured, top-quality Martial Arts program at KICKS. Our program provides for free pick up from school, time for a healthy after school snack before hitting the mat for their Martial Arts class.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As a parent, we understand the pressure of keeping a work life balance, especially those families with young children. The business offers help to parents who want their kids to have a structured and quality Martial Arts program and to have more free time for other activities on the weekend.
Why should our clients choose you?
We will teach your children a Modern Martial Art system ideal for giving your children the self defence skills needed to keep them safe and build their confidence. Our Full System is Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0 however in the KICKS Program we teach them Kenpo Fundamentals. They can progress into the full system as a teenager at our Kenpo 5.0 Training Facility.
Martial Arts Class
We are offering martial art lessons from Jeff Speakman Kenpo 5.0 for 40-45 minutes during weekdays, including some martial art games to practise skills, build up confidence and how to defend themselves.
Children will be tested every 3 months to assess their progress in our Martial Arts System.
