With a focus on wellbeing, I work to tailor counselling services to the needs of each individuals' requirements. With a tailored person-centred approach I work with clients with tools and strategies to motivate and inspire personal and/or professional goals to achieve optimum wellbeing. I have been working in this capacity for over ten years and discover the needs (of individuals, couples and groups) from a holistic viewpoint. With a clear direction, we work in collaboration to ensure that we meet goals that are in line with the personal and emotional growth and healing.
