What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people move away from the past, and negative thoughts, and be able to learn to evolve and thrive. The changes in them affect the people around them too. We do not need to be perfect. We just need to accept ourselves, love ourselves, and keep moving forward. If you want to fly, you have to give up what weighs you down.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Hurting people hurt people. I want to reach out and help people cope and manage stress, anxiety and depression.

Yes, I do. We provide a zoom link to meet online.
We will send the link the day before the scheduled appointment. Zoom is a safe platform, and it is password protected for each meeting session to prevent intruders.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Safety distance and online counselling.
We will not have any social contact. We will sanitize the room and seats after each session.
We will adhere to the rules and regulations set by the government.
