What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients go from experiencing feelings like anger, grief, stress, depression or anxiety to feelings like:
calm, confident, relaxed, happy and exhilarated.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My desire to help others after poor treatment for depression from "professionals".

Life Coaching
A one hour Life coaching session which enables you to go from where you are, to where you wish to be.
This powerful session firstly measures where you are at the start of the session.
Then, your plan is collaboratively mapped out with you and the plan starts unfolding.
I will keep you accountable as the plan progresses.
