We are now equipped as an online and remote service. However, we do try to meet our clients face to face during our time working together. If practical, we can provide onsite services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
COVID helped transform our business from 100% face to face and onsite to going over 85% online and remote service based. This opened the opportunity to serve clients across Australia. Our furthest major client that we have been working with now since early 2020 just before COVID, is based in the far northern Pilbara region of Karratha, Western Australia.
