A very responsive guy.
Rang up and organized an inspection within an hour. Came out, provided a series of photographs of the issues and set a time to do the repairs.
This had to be postponed because of rain but he arrived early on the next day and did the job, providing more photos of all the work.
Excellent person to deal with and I'll use him again if required.
