Quality Guttering and Roofing

I have used Frontline roofing for several years now - initially it was for cleaning of gutters on both my house and my neighbours house - very thorough cleaning and everything was immaculate when they finished.
I’ve subsequently had some repair work done, and pre Christmas 24, I had a new roof fitted.
I’ve found the company to be highly professional and ethical.

Reporting these people to NSW Fair Trading/NSW Building Commission.

This roofing company has zero respect for their clients. They repeatedly no-show without even a courtesy call. No communication, no plan to fix their poor workmanship. We had a reroof done and leaks occurred immediately and to this day left with water stains unresolved by this company.

We gave them plenty of time and patience to fix the defects, but they’ve completely ghosted us. It’s been months, and the issues are still not resolved. Check the photos for their quality of work. Massive gaps between tiles, tiles lifting up along ridge, water leaks.

The company and owner don’t even stand by their own values. Empty promises. They’re not transparent, they outsource to subcontractors, deliver poor quality, and are irresponsible. Once they get your payment, they abandon you.
