Wayne Morris the Director of the company is a superb bloke. We renovated our bathroom recently. Wayne has been extremely professional , polite and honest with his quotation. He was very transparent with materials costs and labour costs which made my decision making very easy. Wayne provided warrantees and compliance certificates for all the work carried out which included plumbing, water proofing etc. Wayne visited my place to check the progress of the work on a regular basis . Wayne completed the bathroom renovation in 10 working days as promised. After couple of months the bathroom door created a small problem and when it was reported Wayne arranged prompt replacement of certain parts and fixed the problem. Wayne has an experienced Team of Tradespeople who were polite and professional . I also thank all his tradespeople Collin, John , Bob and Heath . They were the best .Wayne Morris has been very reasonable with his pricing for the project. Another important aspect is Wayne is a good listener , approachable and easy to get along with.
