Very professional, prompt and informative.

I hired Adam in Dec 2025 for a gutter installation, roof painting, roof repaint and repair and some general handyman work.

He quoted $16k and promised high quality workmanship.

Unfortunately, the work fell well short of expectations:

* Roof Restoration works (including Repointing, Cleaning & Painting) are at a substandard quality and not carried out within an acceptable standards of workmanship

* Roof tiles have slipped from their original positions and are no longer adequately fixed

* Supporting posts and Beam replacement of dwelling have been compromised creating a potential safety hazard

* Gutters & fascia replacement are at a substandard quality with the following issues identified
- Sections of gutters are not aligned correctly
- Gutter edges are not adequately sealed
- Gutter mounting brackets are missing or loose from their original fixings
- Downpipes are fixed to gutters with screws, with inadequate sealing at the connection points
- Leaking gutters

* Additional problems include damage to solar panels from paint, paint finish is incomplete, pergola roof sheets not adequately secured to roof structure, PVC pipework is not UV rated and non-compliant, Cleaning of building elements is incomplete and building waste not removed from property.

I have contacted him on numerous occasions to raise these concerns and requested a refund on all monies paid. He has promised to pay money but has not repaid any money to date after no response from multiple follow ups.

The poor workmanship has left me to complete a building inspection - which now is an additional out of pocket expense to get the numerous issues of the substadard workmanship completed up to Australian Standards.

I wouldn't recommend this business based on my experience. Potential customers should ask to see recent completed jobs, sight of the appropriate building licences and get everything detailed in writing More...

Didnt give me time to come back ans fix anything at all then threatened me then i told them i was more then happy to pay them back $8000 still wasnt good enough then rang me at 10:30 at threatening me again saying pay the money because you are f fff now so i tried to work it out with you but at the end of the day im still happy to pay her back

They came and gave me a quote, and I approved it on the day they gave it to me, they were here on the day promised and stated the work and they were very quick pulling all the old timber down, and some of what came with them was not suitable so they went strait away and pickup what was needed, and it was all over and done exempt for a small amount of painting on the new timber, that was done first thing on the day after, I have been a Consulting Engineer in the building industry for many years and at my age now not permitted to climb on tall ladder but watching them work they really know every thing well about what they were doing, I would really recommend them for what ever you want done around your house, Terry V L

My partner and I had Adam come with his team to complete a roof renovation after the gutters started to leak. Upon Adam looking he found a few things wrong with the tiles and with it being really old, we decided on a paint and new gutters. Great price and easy to deal with.

I was able to contact him after hours with concerns prior to the job and he still responded fairly quickly and put our minds at ease. More...
