they also charged us a premium so the service wasn't acceptable.

I highly recommend renting an office at Waterman Carribean Park. The whole place is stunning, very clean, has a lot of great inclusions i. e. variety of teas, coffee, fruit, instant hot/cold water on tap (no waiting for the kettle to boil), Monday breakfast, monthly drinks and nibbles, a great cafe less than a minutes walk, undercover parking. Overall, I couldn't be happier. The building Manager is amazing and has a knack for bringing people together and feeling comfortable and included in the business community. A class part !! This is by far the best co working space I have worked at ( I have worked and tried a few places ) . After I experienced Waterman offices and culture . I just stopped looking/trying other spaces. All waterman centres (I visited) have aesthetically pleasing designs , very roomy , have excellent community managers ( Joel and Daniel) , great reception staff ( Sav , Mary, Taylor) all facilities are extremely well maintained . Could not have asked for more . I always assumed they were expensive… BUT after giving it a closer look , they are NOT . Depending on your requirement it can very very reasonably priced (Co working memberships) . For a small business or startup , this is an absolute boon.
