I love that I get to be creative! In my previous career I wasn't able to flex my creative muscle and this is what eventually lead me to move back to New Zealand and try my hand in videography. A career where I could be my own boss and have fun! This was the best decision I have ever made.
I used to work at Nitro Circus in California in logistics and travel. A truely amazing job and one that I loved for many years....however, eventually I knew that this wasn't a role that was suited to me and my passions and personality. I knew I needed to change my path. We had a media team of about 10-15 at Nitro Circus I always thought that it looked like such an amazing job. This drove me to pick up a camera and to start teaching myself the skills necessary to eventually leave and start my own thing.
