I can work with either Reiki or First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand. These two modalities work well synergistically. The flower essences are made specifically to address whatever situation you require and you get to take these home in a spray or dropper bottle, they last about a month, supporting you over this time.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I love working with the natural modalities of Reiki and New Zealand First Light Flower Essences as they are not invasive and command changes in a gentle easy way.

These essences each have their own area they assist - it can be for emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. After a full consultation, looking at your history and what is happening for you, I blend appropriate essences in a spray or dropper bottle for take home. This supports you over the next month to seed in the relevant changes that need to occur in a gentle easy manner.
