What’s your interior design process?
We like to follow an overall concept for the interior design. We spend time investigating and choosing materials, finishes, hardware, fixtures, furniture, and appliances, and produce detailed and well-composed interior drawings so that the design is not left up to builders and subcontractors.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We do not like to be bound by styles but let the concept drive the feeling of the interior spaces.

Designing and crafting the building carefully from the early concept to the final built details.

What inspired you to start your own business?
To have the freedom to be creative with design and assist clients with my skills without being bound by an existing identity, style or brand.

You will work directly with the director and lead architect Sammy Ho throughout the entire process who will be on the 'tools' right through to completion. This provides a more synchronised product and efficient process for the client.
Prior to W3, Sammy has worked with various leading design architects in New Zealand on award-winning projects, and draws from these experiences and knowledge for your project.

Yes for parts of the process however we believe it is always best to meet in person and see and experience the site in real life.
FULL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES
1. PROJECT ESTABLISHMENT
Provide expert assistance with outlining the brief, gathering the relevant information required, and building a suitable team to establish the project, plan and timeframe moving forward.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
Investigate and study the site, context and existing physical and legal conditions, envision and develop concepts and translate them into an architectural concept design and drawings. We are equipped with the latest technology and skills including virtual reality walkthroughs which enable our clients to enter and understand the design a lot clearer.
3. DETAILED DESIGN AND DOCUMENTATION
We develop the concept design in more details - in the form of a full set of technical design drawings and specification of materials, used to obtain building consent from territorial authorities (council), provide information for pricing and instructions for the builder.
4. PROCUREMENT
We provide expert assistance in finding and engaging a suitable builder for the project.
5. CONSTRUCTION DESIGN OBSERVATION
We help observe and provide our design skills to the project while under construction to assist the builder and client while the building as being built.
