The charge rate is calculated per sqm per coat with a minimum of 2 coats. Please note that this excludes any prep work, build or mold removal work needed to get it to a ready to paint standard, difficulty to access also factors into pricing as this affects work safety and insurance. I have a team of painters at the ready to ensure the job gets done well and efficiently.
Building Consents and Project Management
Consent and management service helps to make the permit process a bit easier or if the job simply requires different types of professionals at the same time e.g electrician, builder, painter, plumber. I help by organising and streamlining the people, scheduling, invoicing and making sure all aspects are done correctly and to NZ code standards.
