ABOUT ME - I am passionate about life and working as a psychologist in private and corporate sectors including the Mining and Resource Sector and Australian Defence Force (ADF). I pride my work as a clinician and enjoy working with clients who seek help for stress, anxiety, depressive, eating, and sleep disorders.
I value people, knowledge and health. I’m a registered psychologist, researcher and biohacker. I completed psychology and research studies at the University of Western Australia, University of New England and Edith Cowan University. In turn, I held research and teaching positions at University of Western Australia and Curtin University respectively. I also received tertiary education and formal qualifications in the areas of Exercise Science and Electrotechnology.
As a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) for 18 years, I have a lot of experience with helping teenagers and adults. I think it is important that all working Australians be mindful of mental health in their workplace and do whatever they can to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness – together we can help more people fulfil their lives.
Counselling and Therapy at Greater Bunbury Psychology Services is a personalised, evidence-based and outcome-focussed treatment service used to help individuals address a range of issues in their lives. The services provide you with an opportunity for you to talk to a qualified psychologist to help you understand yourself and your situation. This might involve reflecting on your life experiences and how you might respond to new ones. I will also help you to identify what changes in lifestyle could reduce any distress you feel, and support you as you consider how to do this.
