Go To Property Services has exceeded all of my expectations. I live on a 200 acre farm and my gardens (approximately 1,000 sq. ft.) needed to be completely overhauled. The work was extensive and I needed a company that had the ability to do the hardscape: move rocks, clear dense brush, rototill and replenish soil and mulch in beds etc.
Alex responded to my request within a few hours of it being posted. He was out the following day for a site inspection to provide me with an accurate quote of the work required.
Alex is extremely professional, knowledgable, hard working and takes pride in his work. He is well-equipped with tools that help to expedite the job. I introduced him to my neighbours, so they were aware that GTPS would be on the property for a couple of weeks. Although I was not always on the property while the work was being done, I had complete faith and reassurance in Alex. I knew that at the end of the day the worksite would be left impeccable- the tools and machinery would be stored back in the barn and all of the day's debris would have been removed. The work area was always left impeccable. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the job.
What would have taken me a month, was done in a day. If ever Alex needed clarification, he would send me a text and picture to ensure that we were both on the same page. I would rather a contractor ask questions ahead of the work, so that there are no surprises.
