Kerr Construction completed our major renovation which included removing load-bearing walls and installing engineered beams, as well as completely replacing both bathrooms and the kitchen.. They handled everything in a very professional manner, the crew was fabulous, the design team gave us exactly what we wanted, and the work was completed on time and under budget. A terrific company!

Andrew has been great to work with. We are doing a basement suite project that required some structural work. Completed quickly, coordinated with our engineer and found the right solution to satisfy the needs while keeping a cost effective mindset. Will be working with Andrew and his team more to finish up this project and more in the future. Highly recommend.
