Versa Homes

It has now been a year since Felipe and his Versa staff completed a major renovation on our house. Both my husband and I could not be happier with our dealings with Versa Homes. During the renovation, Felipe, all of his staff and subcontractors were very professional, responsive to our queries and completed the project on budget and on time. The construction site was kept very clean and organized during the entire process. A year later, our house looks just as amazing as it did the day we moved in. This is a testament to the quality of Versa’s work. As with any major project, there are warranty items that do arise. In our case, they have been few and minor in nature. The true test of a Contractor is in how they respond. In Felipe’s case, the warranty items got the same professional and timely response as the main project. We highly recommend Versa Homes. More...

I was extremely nervous about our reno. So many decisions.... and functionality was critical, as part or our space is used for work. Versa made it amazing. So efficient, so friendly and so many amazing ideas!!!!! The result was better than I ever could have anticipated. I will have no such trepidation when our next reno project is upon us.
