Joan and her team were tasked to design and execute my daughter’s 10th gaming-themed birthday extravaganza. After many years of taking the work on myself as moms so often do, I was on mission to partner with an expert planner who embodies the perfect blend of creativity, analytical thinking and keen attention to detail to get the job done with excellence. Joan David proved to be that person. Although several coordinators were interviewed, it was Joan’s professionalism, warmth and on-point communication that sold me. Even with multiple events on her plate to plan simultaneously, she was prompt to respond to every message and phone call, share visuals for ideas, itemize invoice additions/amendments in real time, and enlist the appropriate vendors to manifest my vision. Joan helped put together an appropriate, kid-friendly menu which included food selections in keeping with the varied cultural and dietary considerations of our guests. The cake was an impressive (and delicious!) work of art which complimented the event’s decor style quite nicely. I am truly impressed with the customer service received and the dazzling end result. We have received so much positive feedback! Entrusting JM Event Consultants was a worthwhile investment that made the overwhelming and daunting tasks manageable. Thank you to Joan, Marvin and the entire squad for making my girl’s special day an amazing one!

Joan and team - thank you so much. We reached out with only two weeks’ notice for a 50th birthday, and they were incredibly adaptable and responsive. The set-up was excellent, the food was delicious, and the clean-up was quick and effortless. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We’d definitely work with them again.
