After meeting multiple contractors for our full kitchen remodel, we were confident that Arvin was the one we wanted to work with, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Arvin and his team were professional, on time, and most importantly very skilled. The attention to detail regarding the fit and finishes is evident in the final product. His drywall and cabinet guys are meticulous resulting in a beautiful finish.
We removed a load bearing wall and post as part of our project, and we really appreciated Arvin's unwavering commitment to safety and caution while undertaking this work.
His quote was competitive, and was able to deliver on budget, and his portion of the work was done on time. Final touches of our project were delayed due to our appliance deliveries being much later than anticipated, but Arvin was patient and accommodating. Once our appliances had finally arrived 5 mos after we were expecting them, Arvin was able to come back within a few days to finish.
We have, and will continue to recommend Arvin to anyone looking to do any home renovation projects, and he will be our first call on our next project. More...

My wife and I wanted to re do our entire kitchen. I mean like complete renovation, adding more cabinets, all new cabinets, new backsplash, appliances, lighting, a complete re do. I was nervous picking someone to do such a big job especially because I did not know anyone. So I did my research and came across ultimate kitchen & home Reno. I had 3 different companies come to the house to give quotes and ideas for our kitchen. Ali from ultimate kitchen and home Reno was the first one we had come to our house. He was very professional and polite and sure enough we knew right away he would be our choice. There was no comparison to the other companies we had come to our house. He didn't rush us, he took his time, helped us step by step through all the process and never pressured us into anything! He even gave us a professional design of our kitchen before even choosing him so we could see what he had to offer. His pricing was the best out of the 3 and even his timing to complete the work. We have two young children under 3 and to not have a kitchen for a long time isn't fun, he told us 2 weeks and he was done in 2 weeks! We are in love with our kitchen, it is exactly what we wanted and more, everything turned out perfectly and more importantly we felt comfortable the entire time working with Ali. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Ali, Kia and their team for three months while they completely remodelled and renovated our 93-year-old home! I interviewed over ten contractors, received quotes and evaluated online reviews extensively, and Ali turned out to be my #1 pick. As soon as I met him, I knew I was in good hands - he is highly knowledgeable, easy to work with and trustworthy. We had some issues with our structural design (our engineer missed a few details), and I am so grateful that we had Ali identify the shortfalls and ultimately rectify the entire mishap.
