I have been working with Kelsey for 6 months now. Every week is something totally different! In our 6 months so far together I have been able to heal a lot of my childhood pain and challenges. I also feel more self love now and have been able to forgive the people I never thought I could. I have also been going to her workshops and ceremonies in Vaughan and have been able to meet so many more people who are like me. I have been working with a therapist for a couple years now trying to heal my trauma and just feel happier in my life. A friend recommended life coaching to me so I searched on google and came across Kelsey. She had told me her approach with life coaching was a bit different. She told me she used ‘alternative healing methods’. At first I was very hesitant. But then after sitting with it for a couple days I thought hey I have nothing to loose. I’ve signed up to work with Kelsey for 3 months to begin to develop more positive habits in my life and overcome negative thoughts and constant stress.
It’s only been 6 weeks. Im half way through our coaching and wow, do I ever feel different. My relationship with my husband has gotten so much better!I got a promotion at work and I feel so much more calm at home with my kids.

I came to Kelsey for spiritual life coaching to help me navigate some childhood trauma. We have been working together for months using somatic meditations and breath work.
I am learning new techniques weekly to reprogram the mind that have helped me with career, and intimate relationships.
I continue attending many events she hosts : I experienced a few profound retreats with her at Sacred Souls Retreats in Belgrave with plant medicine ceremonies where she created a safe and sacred space, and also in Toronto.

What do you love most about your job?
It is my passion and my purpose to help others discover their life path and purpose. Helping my clients create lives that they love, build healthier relationships, and more positive habits brings me so much joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own healing journey brought me to this path. After losing my Father to cancer and several other family members in a two year span I worked through a lot of death and grief. I have been married and divorced, betrayed, and left absolutely broken which lead to drug and alcohol addictions that I had to overcome. All of my challenges, grief, loss and heartbreaks lead me to a path of personal growth, professional development and spiritual evolution. And now I help others work through the same.

Reiki Healing Session
Reiki is universal life force energy. Reiki is a relaxing and rejuvenating technique meant to clear and cleanse our mind, body, and soul. Helps to manage stress, burnout, anxiety, sleeping problems and if you are feeling stuck or stagnant with a certain life project or transition. Reiki can be done in person and/ or online. Breathwork Facilitation
Breathwork is an extremely powerful healing modality used to heighten our senses, bring awareness back into the body and allows us to tap back into our innate being. Breathwork has many health benefits and can be the catalyst for profound transformation! I offer 1:1 and small group sessions at my healing studio or I travel to you. Trauma Informed Life Coaching
As a trauma informed life coach I specialize in birth imprints and childhood traumas and/ or challenges. I help clients navigate past experiences in a safe and sacred space that allows for the healing of the trauma to occur. By getting to the root cause of where it all began we can go on to live healthier, happier and more positive and productive lives. We can improve the quality of our relationship to ourselves, our loved ones and the work we do! Please reach out for more details. Online works great for this options. Spiritual Life Coach
This is great if you are feeling like there is so much more for you in life then your current routine or current circle you are surrounding yourself with. If you are looking to dive deeper into spiritual practices like meditation, breath work, conscious community and events this is a great option!
