I am 19 years old. I've been struggling with past trauma that has interfered in my everyday life. Dealing with anxiety and other mental health issues, I wanted to find a way to better myself. I found Alka Masrani from a few searches and reviews online and decided to give counselling a chance. Her approach was somethin new to me and I honestly wasn't sure if it would really help.

After a few sessions, I now understand that this is exactly what I needed. Especially for the younger generation now, we sometimes struggle with a lot in our minds and don't know how to fix it. Hey ZK..Thank you so much for taking a chance even though you were nervous and this was your first time. I would not say you have mental health issues, its just that we have triggers from past negative traumas or experiences. When these triggers are there you can not move forward. Once we release that is when you do NOT have that trigger anymore. That is why your dissy spells went and you were able to sleep better. Anyway I am so happy you enjoyed the session and had results. With everything going on I know all kids love social media and it can put lot of stress on you if you have less friends etc. So you start being hard on yourself and get anxious etc. As you can see it was very easy and though my sessions are online they get to the route of the problem and each session you do you get better and better. Because we get to the route of it you need less sessions. You have just you last one out of 3 so by next week you will be done. Thank you for taking a chance with my work and trusting me even though you were so hesitant to start and you took time to call me after many days. I'm so glad you took the first step. I've had the pleasure of working with Alka and it has been a life changing experience for me. I've felt immediate changes in my body that were nothing short of astonishing. The emotional triggers that she has helped me clear have brought me back my energy and enthusiasm for life again. I've had two of my children (ages 10 and 7) so far work with Alka as well and I've seen positive change in them as well. My older daughter has become more calm, affectionate, over all balanced. I was honored, especially when elderly are so much in pain and to hear that your grandmother was so happy and was walking with less pain just made me smile all day. A life transforming experience😂, I got introduced to her service through a friend of mine and as usual I was reluctant to try as I am living in Japan and she in Canada, but after my first session things have really changed in my business and personal life , and my human relations, and oh I slept well that night after session and the nights that followed, can’t wait for my second session , it’s worth everything !!!

Hi Will Thank you for letting me be part of your healing journey. You were only stuck and couldn't move forward as you had seen things as a child with family business not working not working out when you were young. Now those negative memories are released so you can be yourself and use what YOU know. I am so happy your sales are up. I have clients all over the globe. Energy work has no time or space. There is NO right time so go with the flow. Some people do not finish all the sessions. There is no right or wrong way. What works for you is RIGHT. I had my first session with Alka regarding my personal issues. After my first session I felt a bit relieved and she told me I would need two more sessions and hopefully I would be myself again. Alka is my Angel I was going through a complicated time emotional and mentally which was draining me out day by day. I had spoken to other therapists before which helped temporarily. I truly don’t know how to describe how grateful I am for meeting Alka and how much she has already changed my life within my first session.

Money is not a factor, and Alka truly wants to work with you so you find peace within yourself. After my first session, (you’ll need to experience it yourself to fully understand), But when they say a weight has been lifted off your shoulders, this statement cannot be any truer.

Hi Katarina. Thank you for trusting me and trying my Emotion Therapy instead of Reiki. I am glad you were happy you did. If i did Reiki it would have helped for a bit that is why Emotion therapy gets to root of the problem and its gone. I wanted you to get the most for your money and I am glad you trusted me. When I first contacted Alka, I was suffering from depression and some PTSD from a hard past which have manifested itself in chronic headaches, dizziness and nausea. While working with her we unpacked all of the things I didn't even know I was holding onto and she helped me remember them in order to release it. The subconscious mind is a powerful thing and definitely helped me realized that. After a couple of sessions with her, my nausea disappeared, my headaches and dizziness have also gotten better, as well as some lingering subtle pain from leg had gone away.

I am now slowly feeling motivated to do the things I like, and finding myself sleeping better and feeling well rested in the morning.

Alka is incredible. An Angel 💖😇Her healing session worked for me as I could not walk for 10 weeks and had excruciating knee, back and joint pain in my hands. Just after one session I was able to walk without the pain!! I went from 9-10 pain level to 4-5 in just one session!! I do not use the cane anymore and I plan to do more sessions for other issues. I am grateful to her and I highly recommend her. Do not hesitate at all. She is real, loving and does this with the intent to heal. Thank you Alka for helping me immensely.
