What makes a great website?
A great website starts with a solid foundation and understands the "why" behind your business. This starts with questions about the clients and audiences you serve. We start here because we need to create targets and goals to aim for, so we can look back at the end and gage the result against predetermined metrics.

Describe your creative process.
We strongly believe that empathy is the creative difference for a business. We start with people, putting our understanding of their pain points and goals at the core of everything we do. The more relevant a brand or business is to the people it serves, the more effective it will be at achieving business results. We apply this design thinking to our customers and the people they want to serve.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We have tailored questionnaires that will help the client understand their role and our role is in the project, this differs from project to project and will depend on many factors: time that the client has to dedicate to compiling information, the value they place on the speed of a project and what they view the project solving for them.
What do you love most about your job?
We are constantly searching for the next innovation. We believe that excellence is a muscle that needs constant flexing to remain relevant. We are always in collaboration with minds and talents that enjoy pushing boundaries. We want to share the love we have for design with clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Unlmtd was founded on the dream to collaborate with businesses, individuals and lovers of design. Our work is presented in a broad spectrum of media, but follows a consistent conceptual path; relationship, task and legacy.

Both Rosalind and Christopher are accredited designers with the Design Institute of Australia, you know that their professional practice has been checked against industry standards. To be eligible to become an accredited designer in Australia you know that there have been a number of checks and balances from their degrees, industry experience and the number of years of professional development that have gone into their practice to become recognised Australian designers. Rosalind is also the current Chair of the Design Institute of Australia for Queensland.
