Ada has a way of helping students understand there area of need! My daughter has been struggling With some math problems and Ada was able to explain this to her on her level and show her how to apply these concepts to help her with her math. Ada is hands down my favourite tutor. I took Honors Biology in my freshman year and I absolutely hated it. I didn't like the subject and dreaded going to class and doing homework. Ada not only helped me overcome my educational barrier and helped me improve my grades, but she also helped me overcome my mental barrier of hating the subject. Ada is so patient, kind, and willing to help. If I don't understand something, she explains the concepts in different ways until I understand it. When I wanted to give up she didn't let me. The moment when we see our students feeling more confident and ready to take on challenges. We stay supportive along the way as our students grow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ada started Tutoring by Ada because of her passion for helping students succeed. She begins by building a good rapport with her students so that she gets to know each of them well and finds the best possible ways to help them. Ada also believes that learning can truly be fun by incorporating activities to keep her students engaged.
Ada realises the importance of those soft skills she possesses that makes her tutoring approach successful. Ada wanted to share what she had learned with other tutors so that more students can benefit. Ada created Tutoring by Ada and decided to selectively bring on board other tutors to offer quality individualised lessons.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When appropriate, our sessions are conducted online. Though we understand the benefit of working together one-on-one in-person, therefore when we make our in-home visit, we wear our face masks and use hand sanitiser on a regular basis.
