Once upon a time when I worked in office I had terrible back ache. As I know my body, I noticed that I have to do some exercise.
I have done dance and kung fu before I became pregnant in my younger age.
I started to visit more clubs and exercise classes to find out what I want to do and which one will help me.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
After my first Qi Gong class I was so relaxed, that I actually fell asleep very blisfully when I turned the car off, after arriving home! I could tell I wanted to go back and find out more, and since then, over a year later, I've never looked back. Tunde is highly professional, and my anxiety and depression have improved dramatically. I have been studying practicing Tai Chi and Qigong since 2010 under International Health Qigong Federation Programs, Dr Paul Lam - Tai Chi for Health Programs and with Master Alice Bei Dong and many tai chi masters. I am committed to teach Tai Chi and Qigong as a life journey to spread of the many health benefits to a wider population.
I experienced the health and fitness benefits of the Tai Chi and Qigong for Health Programs. My mission is to focus is now to inspire, educate and facilitate healing on all levels – emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and soul in a daily life.
