Responsiveness, functionality and flow. The journey for a client starts with load times, the design layout and how easy it is for them to travel through your website learning all the relevant information, then contacting you to purchase or talk further. We should also mention it is a great excuse to connect your face with your brand, so personalised images are a must too.

We have a 1-2 hour meeting talking about your business. I Need to get inside your brain and understand who you are and what you do. I take this information and do my own independent Google research and cross reference with your competitors. Then we can work on the branding elements, making your font/colour and tone of voice choices are the right fit for your clients. We create several brand directions for you to choose from. Once finalised we can create the website.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We take a 50% payment upfront and the rest after completion. We request that your fill out an initial branding prospectus prior to starting to work together. This tells us the basics of your business and what are your expectations.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to work with so many different people and talking about design with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to diversify the style of work I was doing. This allows me to pick clients I agree with morally and ethically.

Yes I work from home in Menzies Creek, have an office in Collingwood and am happy to travel to you if needed. Being a 'digital nomad' means I can work from anywhere at any time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Now, depending on the client. I am happy to meet totally online through Skype or other video software. We can complete our entire design process without never having to meet in person.
