My friend had her hair done there and the foils look like they have been done by a untrained random person! My friend paid over $400 brown have uneven foils with bleeding and breakage! The staff will not answer her calls or refund her money! It is extremely unprofessional and would prefer to do my hair at home then get it done here! 😡 More...

Had my first appointment today at the Lounge & Co Ormiston and it was a great experience all round. Emily was my stylist and I was after a new look and I let her take the wheel. Emily was professional, fun and I loved the final result! The whole experience was fantastic - absolutely love the chairs/beds at the wash basins being able to lie flat with a bad back was amazing, warm eye pillow, cookies and drink, head massage and lots of fun chatting with Emily and Amanda.
