Hi, I’m Grace. I want to help you overcome any challenges you are facing and improve your mental health, work-life, relationships and general wellbeing so you can live a fulfilling life. If you’re here today because you feel overwhelmed by internal struggles, faced relationship issues, depression, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, or family issues – I’m here to help. I’ve helped people rebuild their lives and instilled hope.
I’m a registered and practicing counsellor since 2016. I’ve lived through monumental shifts in politics, economics and technology, and witnessed the growing cultural pressures of modern society, on all age groups. My experiences have taught me perspective, tolerance, empathy, and an approach that is free of judgment.
I believe that it’s possible to make permanent changes and improve the quality of your life. I provide one-to-one talking therapy that is customised to your specific treatment needs. I’m available to provide counselling in person or online via several platforms including Zoom and FaceTime.
