Don’t buy a coffee at this joint, they charge $1.20 for a take out cup. I had a steak, it was $42 the salad it came with was crap and the chips were cold. They then wanted $4 for sauce. “What a ripoff”. Here’s a clue, have a decent product for a decent price and stop trying to rip people off. I doubt I’ll be renewing my membership. As an early education worker, yoga teacher & mum of 3. I can’t speak highly enough of the inspiring staff at Jump & the efforts they put into the programs, 1on1s & just kids at play. Confidence, independence & positivity is embedded into the things they do & words they speak, allowing all children to achieve the next step in growth very efficiently, both mentally & physically believing in themselves. The relationships built with the kids whilst playing & having fun will linger into their futures. The kids will remember their Jump friends voices & be empowered when presented with any type of challenge in future. The Club itself has an amazing atmosphere. Unfortunately, my our meals were not fabulous. Both ordered medium steak, chips and salad, gravy- steak was more like well done - one didn’t come with the aioli sauce and not sure why it was called “salad” contained lettuce and carrot! Parkwood weddings Where do I even start, Mel you are absolutely amazing and I could not have done this without you that is for sure. You made my whole wedding planning process stress free and nothing was ever a issue or too hard, every time I started to stress about something I would call you and instantly my stress would disappear.. Planning a wedding is not easy by any means but in saying that you made it feel like a breeze, you helped create our dream wedding for our closest family and friends. The venue is the best venue we have been too in Queensland and ticks absolutely every single box and even creates its own. The staff are amazing and all so accommodating, and having everything in one spot is so great. You created our family friendly wedding and made it more than we could have imagined! I will never forget pulling up in my wedding car almost hyperventilating (nervous kicked in hard) then I saw you standing there waiting for me and I instantly knew everything was going to be okay and as soon as you hugged me my nervousness reduced. Mel, you went above and beyond for us with your team and I can not thank you enough, there is so much more I could say but I will leave it at this, we appreciate you all and you will all hold a special place in our story and our hearts. Very disappointed with the communication from this golf club. I could write a novel on how bad my last 3 experiences here have been, but after being charged for a comp where my name is not even showing up in the results (like I wasn’t in the comp at all) was the very last straw. Was looking for a new club to get a yearly membership and change up my golfing location. This is definitely off the list. Hopefully you learn to communicate with your customers better and you might get more people interested in coming back. Treat your new customers with a bit of respect and you might just keep them. We went to play Mini Golf today for my Sons Birthday! Lizzy was Absolutely AMAZING 🤩 she was lovely from start to finish could not say enough nice things about Lizzy she made us feel so welcome the whole time she was a pleasure to be around. As for Tim!!! We decided NOT to stay and eat because how rude he was from the time we walked in trying to pay for the kids to play he was extremely rude to all our guests and told us to MOVE from where we sat so we moved..when the kids finished mini golf decided not to spend our money and take it somewhere it would be appreciated. Went for lunch today. The quiche was the size of 2 50 pieces with no side salad for $8. It was a shock to see this on a dish . The other meal we had was a $20 salad with extra chicken for another $9. I have been to the club a couple of times to eat as it’s a nice outlook over the golf course and they have a great online ordering system. The first time I went there was great. I had a lovely burger and chips, but today I ordered the Tuscan salad, which came out without an egg, Parmesan cheese or anchovies, and way too much kale. I initially just questioned the amount of kale with one if the staff who told me it was a large component of the salad so I just accepted it and began to eat the food. I had ordered extra chicken which was across the salad and I hadn’t realised much of the salad was missing until I got through a fair bit of the meal. When I checked the menu and realised most of the salad components were actually missing, then reported it to the staff again who said they couldn’t do anything about it now that I had nearly eaten it. This is a fair call, and I get it, but I would have expected a bit more from them. They did offer me a drink though, which I declined. Sadly it has put me off this place a bit. More...

Absolutely amazing staff, so focused on teaching kids life lessons and the variety of when is so handy. The benefits of two lessons a week has helped my boy so much with his confidence and he is thriving in such a short amount of time. Keep up the great work! Miss Annie thank you for being the teacher to breakthrough Lachlan’s fear, you have his trust and love as there was a time he didn’t want to go to swimming lessons but now asks for it to be everyday. Lending some constructive feedback on our experience versus expectations following our lunch time 18th birthday celebration for our son on Sunday . We expected it to be busy as we were aware of how popular the venue is . Welcoming staff were friendly and took care of our cake etc . Upon ordering our food we were told that it would be at least 30 minutes as the kitchen was busy which we understood . We were a party of 7 - 5/7 meals came out and our two meals took a further 20 minutes to reach the table . It was disappointing that not all the food came out together so we could enjoy the celebration together and we had to chance up the remaining dishes . The waiter who served us seemed out of it most of the time . The food itself was average though the Aussies Schnitzel was a big hit . Over all it wasn’t a terrible afternoon . The ambiance was great and my son enjoyed himself which was the most important . Communication with customers and better coordination with group meals would have seen us return but at this stage it won’t be our first choice . More...

Once again my family were treated terribly at this renovated venue . I went to write a review, but the tag “Arrogant Manager “ wasn’t there . I’m writing this on behalf of my Wife whom basically says it’s not worth even saying anything because the message will only go to whom she spoke to . The manager on duty tonight 12/6/21 after the Titans vs Roosters game . As members my family was provided with game and food vouchers which is very nice . Excited about having a bit of fun , they left some food and vouchers on the table to go mingle and play gulf . The table was cleared even though personal items were left at the table . They were told that someone had to be there to mind the table or it would be assumed that you have left . Huh ?? Items were left at the table , so nobody would assume that they were finished. The arrogant manager of the evening confirmed that the table was cleared due to nobody being there . So , if a family wants to go have a bit of fun together at this “Family friendly venue “ you can be certain that your food that you paid for will be cleared before you get back . Once again I gave this place another chance after a few other complaints I have dropped over a couple years. The team there are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure she is learning to the best of her ability. Awesome venue! Highly recommend. We recently had our daughters 21st birthday party there and I cannot fault it! Bryce was so helpful looking after us on the night. The food was amazing. Will never set foot in the place again. Paid for a golf suit for a birthday party. Drunk patron came in and started abusing us as we asked him to leave. He wanted to play the games. Left my young children and elderly grandparents shaken. Advised the manager what happened. He didn’t nothing and continued to let the patron get intoxicated annoying more people. No responsibility of service. Very disappointing after spending over $250 for a special birthday! We won’t be back. Food was also average. Cannot recommend The Club at Parkwood enough! Mel who works weddings and events absolutely goes above and beyond for anyone/ everyone.
