Working with Leah is a breath of fresh air. She is real, honest and kind in conversation, while holding a trusting space for what is true to emerge. I've walked into sessions feeling flustered, confused or frustrated about a situation, and through a process of enquiry, come out with greater clarity, new perspectives and more compassion towards myself and others involved.

Most importantly the insights Leah reflects back help me recognising my accountability, and inspires a sense of empowerment - so I can take tangible next steps with integrity and more grace. Working with individuals, couples and young people to process their fears and self-worth and deepen their awareness, I consider it a privilege to support clients in exploring their inner critic, identifying their unique strengths and values, and helping them to gain clarity over their direction and purpose in the pursuit of a meaningful life.

This is an homage to my Mother. She passed a few years ago, and her wish for me was to create a safe space for people to realise their own potential and inner light.

As a coach and counsellor, my drive to start my own business stemmed from a profound passion for empowering individuals. I aim to create a supportive environment where I can offer personalised guidance and strategies for personal growth and overcoming challenges. This venture is a culmination of my dedication to fostering positive change and resilience in others.

I deeply understand challenges and believe in this work's holistic, multi-dimensional methodology, drawing on person-centred modalities, acceptance and commitment therapy, positive psychology and mindfulness. Meeting people as they are in the moment and working with that reality is an honest way to start the process, trusting in our own inherent resourcefulness and expertise in knowing and embracing ourselves.
