I was inspired to start my own business for several reasons. It all began when I was 22 years old, and I decided to pursue a career as a Wedding Planner. In 2021, after accumulating 22 years of experience in genealogical research, I made the decision to turn this passion into a profession. This move allowed me to diversify my business interests and serve a different clientele.

In 2022, I embarked on a new venture by launching a gemstone jewellery business in partnership with a friend. However, my friend later decided to take a different path, leaving me as the sole owner of the business. Under the brand name "Soul 8 Sistas," I now manage and operate multiple businesses, including wedding planning, floristry, genealogy research, and gemstone jewellery. This journey into entrepreneurship has provided me with the freedom to explore my various interests and passions, and it continues to be a source of inspiration and fulfilment in my life.
