What do you love most about your job?
I love holding a safe space for my clients to deeply connect with themselves and explore, in a new way, their relationship with themselves and with others. I love guiding them and seeing them move through difficult emotions and gain insights, new perspectives and clarity around their challenges. I love to see when they "get it" and realise that the answer was within them all along and to see the light in their eyes when they realise the potential of the somatic method.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to become a somatic psychotherapist after feeling frustrated with traditional therapists and healing modalities. I discovered the Hakomi method and was so profoundly moved and transformed that I knew then that I wanted to be able to offer such transformation to others.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am kind and want the best for my clients. I offer a loving and non-judgemental presence. I have a large set of tools to support my clients' journey using somatic exploration, internal family systems, inner child work, mindfulness, polyvagal theory and breathwork.

Yes, I do provide online sessions through Zoom. I cannot work through phone only.
Somatic psychotherapy
In a somatic psychotherapy session, we pay attention to the physical sensations, emotions and feelings present while discussing your challenges. Restoring the body-mind connection allows for a deeper understanding to emerge, for trauma and strong emotions to be released, and for clarity and wisdom to become accessible.
This exploration is done in mindfulness and respecting your nervous system's capacity for somatic explorations.
A session goes for 60 min, online or in person.
