What do you love most about your job?
Empowering people to become aware of their emotional experience and not avoid or run away or fearful of some of their emotional experiences like sadness or anger or anxiety. I love people being able to live from a place of self-awareness including what matters to them and who matters to them as well as wrap the experience of living in compassion.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to build a safe and compassionate space where I could provide collaborative counseling to people.
Why should our clients choose you?
My therapist values are honest, authentic, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I believe we all have life challenges and mind-body system working hard to keep us safe and surviving. I hope to connect with the person in front of me as another human being.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Facilitate access to soap and water to all clients. Hand sanitizer available foyer, waiting room and consulting room. Cleaning common spaces regularly. Airing the room between clients. Sanitizing space and things used by a person promptly.
