Amid Covid restrictions, time off work, back to work, work from home, home schooling, money, no money... it’s been a hectic year to say the least. But Release has been so easy to deal with, particularly Despina, who clearly works well with the landlord, she has been so supportive and a great communicator taking away the stress of keeping a roof over my head. During this time AND pre-Covid there were some minor repairs required in the home that were no problem at all to coordinate. I’m a very happy tenant with Release. More...

Worst management. They didn't hand over the property on time as advertised. When they handed over, the property was filthy, not ready to move in. We had to live elsewhere for one week which was quite expensive for us. As compensation, they pretended as if they are giving us two weeks of rent waived off which includes the one week when the property was not in livable condition. Technically they gave us one-week rent waived off for all the inconvenience. More...

They are heartless, lost my job and cant pay rent, they wouldnt let me out of lease and got Vcat to add more on. Shame on you. In this day and age where you let your managing agent know you are suffering with mental health issues and they just ignore you and treat you like dirt. More...

From the first moment we registered to inspect a rental through Release the experience has been amazing. we moved interstate a year ago and had alot of trouble with many agents in Geelong. Release were the exception from this. Lorraine and the whole team have been fantastic to deal with and has by far been our best ever experience renting a property.
